Wepplo, Richard Francis Riding his Harley in heaven, age 71. Born November 10, 1946 to December 16, 2017. Survived by brothers Ernie (Bonnie) and Peter (Donna); many nieces and nephews who loved him; friend Lola. Preceded in death by parents Isabel and Arnold Wepplo; and brother George. Services are being planned for spring.
