Connie (Bartelt) Mullaney passed away on Thursday, Sept. 21st, 2023.
 Friday September 29th, at 6:00 pm is the visitation and 6:30 pm is the service.
 It will be at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 6039  40th St. N,  Oakdale Mn
 

Connie suffered from MS and Parkinson for many years and it was Parkinson that she died  from. She never let it stop her from living
