Lawrence (Larry)W. Rust

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Wayne Rust of Prior Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends.

As Lawrence departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lawrence may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lawrence leaves behind.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Rust and Mona Rust (Lundgren); his wife Kathy (Davis); his stepdaughter Angela (Scott Effertz); and his stepgranddaughters, Lauren, Lindsay and Lilly.
